Present Continuous Tense, Why is it easy to understand ? This is the best tense for picture describing which helps you increase power of speaking. You learn any language of the world, no matter what ? But you have to learn tenses of that language.
In fact, Tense and time जाने बिना किसी भाषा को समझ पाना मुश्किल काम है। Tense, जैसा कि हम जानते हैं present, past और future तीन होते हैं।
What Is Present Continuous Tense ?
इस Tense में हम ऐसे वाक्यों (क्रिया) के बारे में पढ़ते हैं जो लगातार हो रहा हो।
Examples :
1) मैं काम कर रहा हूं। I am doing work.
2) तुम अंग्रेजी सीख रहे हो। You are learning English.
3) हमलोग पेड़ कार रहे हैं। We are cutting tree.
4) वे लोग इंतजार कर रहे हैं। They are waiting.
5) वह चाय बना रही है। She is making tea.
6) वह किताब दे रहा है। He is giving a book.

Translate into English_
मैं नाम लिख रहा हूं। तुम घर जा रहे हो। वह भोजन बना रही है। वह सवाल पूछ रहा है। हमलोग बातें कर रहे हैं। बारिश हो रही है। पिताजी पैसा दे रहे हैं। औरत कपड़ा धो रही है। लड़का चित्र बना रहा है। बस आ रही है। चोर भाग रहा है। मां इंतजार कर रही है। डाकिया पत्र बांट रहा है। पक्षी आसमान में उड़ रहा है।

1) मैं संगीत नहीं सुन रहा हूं। I am not listening to the music.
2) तुम चोरी नहीं कर रहे हो। You are not stealing.
3) हमलोग गरीबों का मज़ाक नहीं उड़ा रहे हैं। We are not making fun of the poor.
4) मोर नहीं नाच रहा है। The peacock is not dancing.
5) पंखा नहीं घूम रहा है। The fan is not moving.
6) लड़कियां तालियां बजा रही है। The girls are not clapping.

वह मुझे नहीं पुकार रही है। मैं उसे तंग नहीं कर रहा हूं। वे लोग बहाना नहीं बना रहे हैं। शिक्षक उसे नहीं डांट रहे हैं। नेता सच नहीं बोल रहा है। बच्चा नहीं हंस नहीं रहा है। आवाज़ नहीं आ रही है। मदन नौकरी नहीं कर रहा है। माला उपहार नहीं खरीद रही है। पुलिस चोर को नहीं पीट रही है। आदमी संघर्ष नहीं कर रहा है।

2) क्या आप कल आ रहे हैं ? Are you coming tomorrow ?

4) क्या गाय दूध दे रही है ? Is the cow giving milk ?
5) क्या कुत्ता भौंक रहा है ? Is a dog barking ?
6) क्या आप कुछ सोच रहे हैं ? Are you thinking something ?

क्या तुम कार बेच रहे हों ? क्या लड़की नाश्ता बना रही है ? क्या किसान खेती (cultivate) कर रहा है ? क्या बिल्ली चूहे पकड़ रही है ? क्या लड़की मुस्कुरा (smile) रही है ? क्या हमलोग बहस (argue) कर रहे हैं ? क्या तुम घड़ी खोज (search) रहे हो ?
सबसे पहले Wh-Words (what, Where, When, Who, Why ) उसके बाद is/are/am सब्जेक्ट के अनुसार, फिर subject जैसे I/You/We/They/She/He तब V⁴, object और अंत में question ❓ mark जैसे ऊपर के चित्र में दिखाया गया है।

1) तुम क्यों हंस रहे हो ? Why are you laughing ?
2) वह कैसे रो रही है ? How is she weeping ?
3) वह कहां जा रहा है ? Where is he going ?
4) कौन अंग्रेजी बोल रहा है ? Who is speaking English ?
5) वे लोग क्या खा रहे हैं ? What are they eating ?
6) मोहन कब आ रहा है ? When is Mohan coming ?

Examples :
अब भी वर्षा हो रही है। Still it is raining.
तुम अब भी ग़लती कर रहे हो। Still you are making a mistake.
अब भी वह स्कूल में पढ़ रहा है। Still he is reading in the school.
अब भी बच्चा चिल्ला रहा है। Still a child is shouting.

आजकल मैं अंग्रेजी सीख रहा हूं। These days I am learning English.
वह इन दिनों गांव में रह रही है। Nowadays she is staying in village.
आजकल वह कार चला रहा है। Nowadays he is driving a car.
इन दिनों वह बच्चों को पढ़ा रही है। These days she is teaching to the children.
Just now / Right now – अभी
वह अभी टीवी देख रहा है। Just now he is watching TV.
अभी हमलोग इंतजार कर रहे हैं। Right now we are waiting.
अभी बच्चा सो रहा है। Just now the baby is sleeping.
वे लोग अभी काम कर रहे हैं। Right now they are working.
Now – अब
अब हवा चल रहा है। Now wind is blowing.
अब हमलोग बाजार जा रहे हैं। Now we are going to the market.
अब ट्रेन आ रही है। Now train is coming.
अब तुम क्या कर रहे हो ? Now what are you doing ?
अब लड़की झाड़ू लगा रही है। Now the girl is sweeping.
